Creating Connections
In March 2020, the global COVID-19 halted most regular activities. Like so many times in Wentz’s more than 250 year history, our church members quickly jumped into action to help friends and neighbors in need.
With the church’s doors temporarily closed, Sunday worship services seemed in doubt. However, with some quick investigation and generous support, our church members were quickly connecting via Zoom each Sunday morning.
The introduction of our new digital service has been a huge success. Wentz’s is using Zoom for everything from weekly choir rehearsals to Vacation Bible School! And thanks to the generosity of several church members, you’ll be able to join weekly church services via Zoom even after the church re-opens.
